Training
Orgill sales reps have the best sales jobs around because they have on-going training that makes them more powerful in their positions. Whether they're taking over day-to-day category management or walking a customer through a major growth project, our sales force has been educated and informed through a training program called Orgill Corporate University. Shortly after they join the company all sales representatives are brought into Orgill's Memphis home office to attend a week-long, intensive basic training program where they must complete 13 modules. Additional formal training takes place on an on-going basis throughout each person's career. Our industry, products, and marketing programs change constantly and we keep our employees up to date!
Support & Recognition

The 401(k) Plan is an excellent way for employees to save money, defer taxes and plan for the future. Orgill, Inc. matches eligible employee contributions dollar for dollar the first 3% and $0.50 on the dollar up to 5%. Vesting is immediate!
